“Due to a cancellation, we were contacted for our annual full service maintenance visit. Went ahead and scheduled it for today (10/7) after 2:00pm. Technician David arrived around 2:50pm, was very cordial and got straight to work after directing him to the thermostat and heat pump units. He very thoughtfully put on his shoe covers before entering our home and asked if it was alright to come in and out as necessary. We appreciated his manners and he finished in about an hour. David took care of us and our unit. I told him the thermostat control had been replaced earlier in the year but no user manual had been left. David said he would look into getting us a manual and would appreciate our completing a review. Thank you David and Frank’s.”
