“Would have rated excellent based on Fernando and Juan but the wrong air handler was ordered and then the heat pump was a lemon and had to be replaced. The technicians and service providers Ryan, Fernando and Juan were knowledgeable, efficient, on time, thorough and a pleasure to work with. It was frustrating experience but these guys always kept a positive attitude. You’ve got a good group on this side!!!!!!”

“From the start to the finish, this has been a fantastic company to work with. Jesse got back to me on the weekend to set up what started as a repair. When Steven called to do the repair we talked it through , I wanted his honest opinion and he gave it to me, which I appreciated. Rather than waste time and money I opted for a new system as ours was 33 yrs old. Jesse set that up quickly also.
Eric came out to go over everything for a new system. We felt at ease dealing with him. He explained a couple things twice to us just because we are new to this. He was very understanding of our needs and I felt like we were in good hands.
It got even better with the installation. Brad did our install, he was here over 2 days and was so courteous and kind. He needed help moving some items and said another technician would be by. The other technician turned out to be Steve, the person who runs the company. They were short staffed at the moment so he came out. Quite impressed that he had his employees backs.
All in all, this has been a good decision on our part to go with this company. We’re quite pleased that we will be having them service our Heat pump for years down the road.”

“The Ac and heating system was installed by FRANKS about 15 years ago. During that time I have had only 4 repairs, and yearly maintenance. The repair that was done today involved wires chewed by my dog, causing the system not to heat properly. Ryan was able to find the wires, that were buried in mud by my dog, and splice them together. The handler and heat pump are now working, and the house is warm again. I can't thank Ryan enough for fixing it. Great system that works flawlessly once you set the thermostatic. Set it and forget it!”

I would like to point out if was on the technicians job alone I would have given them a 5/5. The technician was awesome. He explained things thoroughly and was always happy and smiling every time he came to the house. But the office staff and the ordering process was a little lacking, it took a month to get one of the two heating units I ordered (they said it would be two weeks) and then the second unit was put in right away but I was unable to use it for a little under two weeks because they needed an electrician to connect it and until I complained about not hearing from the electrician, did the situation get fixed. It was definitely frustrating process and I am happy that we had such an awesome technician to save the experience and that we finally have everything finished.
They were on time. Straight forward on price and what needed to be done. Got to work on the problem and worked till it was completed. Made a full check to make sure the problem was gone and left me with helpful tips to keep it from happening again. Price for all work was as quoted after problem was found. The technician was great to me and gave me great confidence in his work. I have already recommended them to two other people just today.
I don’t normally do online reviews but I have used Frank’s services in my business 4 times now. Of the 4 visits we had 3 different tech’s including Frank himself. I have been a construction manager for a large company for 15 years and have utilized literally hundreds of different contractors in my work. Franks is as good as it gets in any industry. Knowledgeable Techs, always on time, they scheduled my job the same day I called twice and first thing the day twice. All of their work was performed quickly, quietly and efficiently. The price was fair and no mess left behind. I wish every company/contractor in my area was as reliable and thorough As Franks! Even if I had to wait I wouldn’t use anyone else!
